29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(i): Design of support systems, shield systems, or other protective systems that are drawn from manufacturer's tabulated data were not in accordance with all specifications, recommendations, and limitations issued or made by the manufacturer: a) Northwest of Intersection of Voshell Mill Road and East Street, Camden, DE 19934: On or about 03/10/2021, employees engaged in sewer installation activities in an excavation where the support system was not used in accordance with manufacturer's specifications including but not limited to components with damage, missing parts (spreaders), and pins which were not specified.
