29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: a) Shop; On or about February 11, 2021 and at times prior, employees using forklifts to load welding machines and sheet metal were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that the Nissan and CAT diesel forklifts did not have markings indicating load capacities and other safety warnings.
