29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1):Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): At the workplace located at 1020 West 29th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108, employees were exposed to amputation injuries from the two Bell Industries top and face tooling machines. The Bell Industries top and face tooling machines did not have the pulleys guarded, which were less than 7 feet from the floor. Employees were exposed to ingoing nip points from the unguarded pulleys.
