29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control boxes were not constructed to prevent electrical shock and were not clearly marked for identification of functions: (a) On or about January 11, 2021, a pendant control box located in the assembly area did not prevent the potential for electrical shock and was also not clearly marked. The pendant control box was broken and missing a portion of plastic housing and the pendant controls were not labeled for function identification.
