29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i):Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: (a) On or about December 7, 2020 and at times prior and subsequent thereto, in the Eco Services Operations Houston manufacturing facility, workers were exposed to electric shock hazards when conductors in fittings in the electrical conduit to lighting for and doorway entry controls at the employee Change house entrance were not protected from abrasion and openings were not effectively closed.
