29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Maintenance Area: Access and working space in front of electrical panels T-1 and Line #1 were blocked by a workbench/cabinet, a shelving unit, and items encumbering the opening of the panel. In the event of an emergency, employees could be hindered from accessing the panels and exposed to fire, shock, and/or electrocution hazards.
