29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Examination. Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. On or about August 10, 2020, the electrical charging cables of two battery units were observed with the insulation pulled leaving exposed copper wire near the strain relief connectors. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
