29 CFR 1910.215(a)(2): Abrasive wheel(s) used on grinding machinery were not provided with safety guard(s) which covered the spindle end, nut, and flange projections: a) Outside of the Shop, Near the Roll-up Door - On or about July 14, 2020, the safety guard on the abrasive wheel on the left side of the Craftsman bench grinder did not cover the spindle end, nut, and flange projections, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards from the wheel and the material being grinded.
