29 CFR 1910.272(q)(5): The employer did not equip bucket elevators with a motion detection device which will shut-down the bucket elevator when the belt speed is reduced by no more than 20% of the normal operating speed: (a) On or about May 25, 2020, and at times prior to that date for the employees exposed to potential explosion hazards while operating bucket elevators to move problematic product at 2147 77th Avenue SE in Pingree, North Dakota.
