29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about 6/4/2020, at Primero Auto Parts Inc., located at 3635 NW 67th Street, Miami, FL 33147. Warehouse area. A discharged fire extinguisher (i.e. Model 5 HI SA40 ABC) was placed inside a rack and blocked by automobile parts boxes, exposing employees to a burn hazard in the event of a fire.
