29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer's periodic inspection of the energy control procedure did not ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. a) On or about 5/13/2020, on the outside of the south side of the main building, the periodic inspection of energy control procedures did not ensure that the Torit Dust Collector LOTO specific procedures were correct. The energy control procedures of the Torit Dust Collector indicated the wrong electrical disconnect switch potentially exposing employees to serious injuries when servicing this Dust Collector. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
