29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about 3/5/2020, at 11388 GA-17, Lavonia, GA: Employees performing service and maintenance on the powered industrial trucks such as but not limited to removing fork carriage, repairing hydraulic lines, replacing belts, radiators, and changing electrical components were exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards, in that; no procedures were developed or utilized to control the electrical and gravitational energy sources.
