29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. a. Concast Birmingham, Inc. dba Concast Metal Products located in Wakeman, Ohio: On or about March 19, 2020 the employer did not ensure all surfaces were as free as practical of lead contamination. The surfaces inside of lockers, dirty room floor, and the handle for the refrigerator located in the break room contained lead contamination ranging between 37 ug/100cm2 to 115 ug/100cm2.
