29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(ii)(A): The written compliance plan did not include the description of each operation in which lead is emitted; e.g. machinery used, material processed, controls in place, crew size, employee job responsibilities, operating procedures and maintenance practices: a. On or about January 22, 2020, for the 39 Line processing area, the written Lead compliance program did not include a description of maintenance practices for the Lead pot which included, but were not limited to the following: 1. Pumping lead from the Lead pot, 2. Cutting brackets from the Lead pot, 3. Moving 55 gallon barrels of pumped Lead 4. Removing and replacing Lead pot sinkers 5. Grinding sinkers to remove Lead, and 6. Replacing kaowool for the Lead pot. b. On or about January 22, 2020, for the 39 Line processing area, the written Lead compliance program did not include a description of maintenance practices for the dross drum vacuum system which included, but were not limited to the following: 1. Covering dross drums when the ventilation system was not operating 2. Ventilation checks
