29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2): Frequent inspections of the cranes were not performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(a) of this section or as specifically indicated: On or about December 11, 2019 the employer failed to ensure that the 3 overhead cranes available and utilized by employees in the facility had received frequent inspections as required. The employer had not performed monthly crane inspections.
