29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2): Frequent inspections of the cranes were not performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(a) of this section or as specifically indicated: On or about December 3, 2019 the employer failed to ensure that the 10 ton overhead cranes available and utilized by employees had received frequent inspections as required. The employer had not performed monthly crane inspections.
