29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: On or about October 25, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a health hazard while using cleaning products such as, but not limited to, Morning Breeze Room Refresher and Ecolab 63 Alkaline Bathroom Cleaner and Disinfectant without a label on the spray bottles.
