29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a. On or about 9/11/2019 throughout the facility workers were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the employer failed to visually identify the locations of the portable fire extinguishers, where workers are expected to fight incipient level fires. b. On or about 9/11/2019 at aisle BF, workers were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the portable fire extinguisher was blocked by the stored pallets.
