On or about September 10, 2019, the employer used damaged and defective wire-rope slings to lift equipment with their PIT. The PIT, JCB (Model No. 506.36F, Serial No. JCB5CD7GVJ2793680), was used to lift the Bobcat skid steer (S/N A3W618321) into gondola railroad cars. 2). On or about November, 19, 2019, the employer used damaged and defective wire-rope slings to lift equipment with their PIT.
