29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards when working near exposed and energized wiring. This has most recently documented on or about August 30, 2019 at Pomp's Tire Service at 4101 West O Street, Lincoln, NE 68528. A faceplate on a receptacle in the warehouse was missing and a cover plate of a junction box was missing in the automotive repair shop.
