29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: Taylor Pallets & Recycling, Inc., Winder, Ga - On or about May 30, 2019, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while working near extremely high stacks of wooden pallets that were not interlocked or limited height to prevent collapse. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
