29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s) (a) Outside of Repair Shop, 1280 Railcar Avenue, Wilmington, Delaware - On or about August 12th 2019, the employer failed to ensure that the powered industrial truck used onsite was in a safe operating condition. Employees were operating the Mitsubishi FG25N LPG Powered Industrial Truck with damaged tires.
