29 CFR 1910.1026(c): Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of chromium (VI) which exceeded 5 micrograms per cubic meter of air, as an 8-hour time-weighted average: Building 211: Air monitoring conducted on October 22, 2019 found one employee performing alodine and painting operations to be exposed to hexavalent chromium in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL) at 25.1 micrograms per cubic meter of air, which was calculated as an eight-hour time weighted average (TWA). Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards associated with hexavalent chromium.
