29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: A) Building #110/Upper level/ Control Booth: Access to the portable fire extinguisher in this space was blocked by equipment such as, but not limited to fans, waste bin, and computer equipment. In addition, the location identifier did not accurately identify the location of the portable extinguisher. B) Building #118: Access to the portable fire extinguisher in this space was blocked by equipment such as, but not limited to boxes of flammable chemical product(s). Condition observed on or about 8/15/19.
