29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a. 208 Cougar Court, Hillsborough, NJ - Production Area The employer did not ensure that effective hazardous energy control training was provided to all Authorized employees. Employees were not provided training in recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources of equipment which included, but was not limited to Tri-Delta and Jomar injection blow molding machines, on which servicing and maintenance activities were performed on a daily basis. Violation occurred on or about July 10. 2019 through at least July 18, 2019 b. 212 Cougar Court, Hillsborough, NJ - Warehouse and Grinding Room The employer did not ensure that effective hazardous energy control training was provided to all Authorized employees. Employees were not provided training in recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources of equipment that included, but was not limited to, Allan-Bradley and Ball & Jewel grinding machines, on which servicing and maintenance activities were performed on a daily basis.
