29 CFR 1926.62(f)(2)(i): The employer did not implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(b) through (d) (except (d)(1)(iii)), and (f) through (m) for each employee required by 29 CFR 1926.62 to use a respirator: a) 306 Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark, NJ The employer failed to implement their respiratory protection program for workers required to wear 3M half face tight fitting respirators. Employees were not provided medical evaluation, fit testing or training. On 5/6/19, employees performing interior manual demolition were exposed to lead at 65.0 ug/m3, 86.6 ug/m3 and 297 ug/m3 as an 8- hour Time Weighted Average (TWA), exceeding the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1.3, 1.7 and 5.9 times, respectively. Zero exposure was assumed for unsampled periods of 271 minutes, 152 minutes and 139 minutes, respectively. Condition occurred on or about 5/6/19
