29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about April 17, 2019 employees were exposed to hazards associated with the use of chemicals including, but not limited to, welding fumes and 99% isopropyl alcohol and the employer provided did not implement the site's written hazard communication program including maintaining safety data sheets and providing effective hazard communication program training.
