29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures. A program was not updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use. The employer did not include in the program the provisions of this section, as applicable: a) 3 Terminal Road, New Brunswick, NJ - Tablet Press/Encapsulation Department and Warehouse The employer did not establish a written respiratory protection program to cover employees required to wear N95 dust masks, and full face respirators while performing work duties such as but not limited to adding powdered dietary supplement products to tablet press hopper and cleaning coating pans with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to caustic soda containing sodium hydroxide (98%). Condition observed on or about 3/15/19.
