29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: At a worksite located at 1000 s Schifferdecker Ave, Joplin MO: Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. This was demonstrated on July 17, 2019 when an industrial hygiene survey showed that employee were directed to wear respiratory protection while trimming and finishing on fiberglass molds. The employer failed to ensure the effective administration of their respiratory protection program. Medical evaluations had not been performed for employees directed to wear a respirator prior to there use.
