29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) In the production area of the 2462 Emerson Ave S location, employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program which covered employees required to wear 3M 6300 half-faced respirators with 2091 dual particulate cartridges while exposed to total dust, nickel, and chromium. This violation was discovered on or about January 23, 2019.
