29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Battery Charging Area - On or about October 5, 2018, the employer provided equipment on which unused opening were not effectively closed. Employees, using an overhead-underhung hoist with a pendent Hanyoung Nux HY1022 Hoist Switch with a missing knob/button, were exposed to electrical hazards created by the exposed internal conductors.
