29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about August 28, 2018, employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, Clean by Peroxy, Orange Tough 40, ShineLine Baseboard Stripper, and ShineLine Emulsifier Plus, when working to clean a variety of facilities. The employer failed to develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace a written hazard communication program.
