29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a) On or about August 14th, 2018 or prior thereto: Strain relief was not provided on a 220 V extension cord with a black plug that was connected to a portable receptacle labeled P22. The cord was supplying a Miller Mig Welder. b) On or about August 14th, 2018 or prior thereto: Strain relief was not provided on a 220 V extension cord connected to a portable receptacle labeled P22. The cord was supplying a Miller Mig Welder. c) On or about August 14th, 2018 or prior thereto: Strain relief was not provided on a 220 V extension cord with a white plug that was connected to a portable receptacle. The cord was supplying a Miller Mig Welder. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
