29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025: (a) In the friction welding areas where workers were exposed to lead in alloys that were heated to the point at which fumes would be released, and in the CNC machining area where fine chips, ribbons, and dust were created and handled, the employer did not institute a training program for employees who were exposed to lead compounds where the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists.
