29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Production area, 858 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001: On or about August 8, 2018, employees required to clean a Acromix Systems batching/mixing system (model number model number: BR-20210, serial number SN-74565ER021605080) were not provided adequate training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. Employees required to clean cement from the batching/mixing system were not trained as Authorized employees under the employer's energy control program.
