29 CFR 1910.266(f)(3)(vii): For machines manufactured after August 1, 1996, each cab was not fully enclosed with mesh material with openings no greater than 2 inches (5.08 cm) at its least dimension, or with other materials which provided equivalent protection and visibility. (a) Hagerly-Stephenson Tract: On July 16, 2018 and times prior, an employee would operate the 2005 Caterpillar 525 B Skidder that had the door removed and was not fully enclosed.
