29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement or maintain a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 1910.1200 paragraphs (f) labels and other forms of warning, (g) safety data sheets, and (h) employee training will be met. At a worksite located at 168 Ewing Way, Belton, Missouri. on 9 July 2018 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals,including but not limited to NAPA Brand Premium Performance Automatic Transmission Fluid used to maintain companies fleet of vehicles. The employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program that complied with the following parts: 1910.1200(f)- Labels and other forms of warning; 1910.1200(g)- Safety data sheets; 1910.1200(h)- Employee information and training;
