29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about June 5, 2018, in the warehouse at 5944 Peachtree Corners East, Norcross, Georgia: Employees performing warehouse work were exposed to smoke and fire hazards while working in the warehouse when fire extinguishers in Zone Y, Zone B, the battery charging area, and the shipping/receiving area were not marked and/or not mounted and readily accessible for employee use.
