29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: A. On or about June7, 2018, facility-wide: Employees worked with hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to solvents, brake cleaners and penetrating catalysts. Container labels indicated flammability as well as eye and skin irritation hazards. Updated safety data sheets were not available for employee review.
