29 CFR 1926.454(b)(1): The employer did not have each employee who is involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize the hazards associated with the work in question: On or about 6/5/2018, at 2601 NE 26th Avenue, in the city of Lighthouse Point, the employer did not ensure the employees were adequately trained to recognize the hazards associated with working from scaffolds during wire installation. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
