29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: On or about April 27, 2018, at 9901 NW 106th St., MEDLEY, FL, the employer failed to ensure that forklift loads were not split-forked, bulldozed, and that loads did not exceed the trucks center of gravity and load limitations (length, width, height), thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
