29 CFR 1910.1027(m)(1)(ii): In classifying the hazards of cadmium at least the following hazards were not addressed: Cancer; lung effects; kidney effects; and acute toxicity effects: (a) On or about April 25, 2018 the employer did not classify the hazards of cadmium including cancer, lung effects, kidney effects and acute toxicity effects for cable shop employees who are exposed to cadmium.
