29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training: In the facility at 252 Milford Street, Upton, MA 01568: On and before April 08, 2018, the employer did not implement the written hazard communication program for employees who used and were exposed to a variety of hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, respiration of wood dust/particulate and carbon monoxide from a wood-burning boiler (also known as a "stove").
