29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(1)(ii): Job-made Ladder was not built in conformance with the applicable provisions of Appendix A: a) On March 12, 2018, employees were using a job-made ladder to access the deck. The ladder was not built in conformance with Appendix A which references American National Standards Institute (ANSI), A 14.4-1979 - Safety Requirements for Job-Made Ladders. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
