29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer is failing to create and maintain a written hazard communication program to ensure employees are protected from the hazards associated with chemical usage. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on February 14, 2018 at the facility located at 1001 Gallup Dr, Omaha, NE 68102. The employer is exposing employees to various chemicals such as alcohol, silicone spray, acetone, spray paint, welding rods, WD-40, and cleaners but has not created a written hazard communication program.
