29 CFR 1910.1018(o)(1)(i): A training program was not instituted for each employee who is subject to inorganic arsenic exposure above the action level, without regard to respirator use, or for whom there is a possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic: (Construction Reference: 1926.1118) Establishment - Effective arsenic training was not provided to employees sandblasting paint in an indoor firing range where they are exposed to inorganic arsenic at a level of 59 micrograms per cubic meter averaged over an eight hour time period; which is 5.9 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL).
