29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer does not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. This violation was most recently observed on 11/28/17, at a jobsite located at 31 Market Street, Ipswich, MA 01938, where the employer failed to ensure that employees exposed to fall hazards were properly trained. Prior violations referred to include a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which is contained in: William Trahant, JR. Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 987538, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 305 Beach Street, Revere, MA. William Trahant, JR. Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1003916, citation number 3, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Congress Street, Salem, MA.
