29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(1)(iv): Respirators were not used during all Class II and III asbestos jobs where the employer had not produced a negative-exposure assessment: a) Perry Pro Tech, Inc. on or about October 2, 2017, when conducting class III asbestos work, running new cables above a dropped ceiling, the employer did not ensure that employees use respirators. Exposure to asbestos can cause a variety of serious health effects including asbestosis, mesothelioma and lung cancer.
