29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: For the employees loading and unloading the product in the drying room located between the production area and the packaging area on or about August 29, 2017 and times prior there to, the employer heats the room to dry the bath salt balls using portable, personal electric heaters listed for residential, personal use. This exposes employees to the hazard of thermal burns and smoke inhalation from a structural fire.
