29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches, plus or minus 3 inches, above the walking-working surface: a) On or about 5/26/2017 and at times prior thereto, at the South East corner of the property, employees loading liquid fertilizer into tanker trucks when working from an expanded metal working platform provided with one top rail measuring approximately 34 inches high were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 7 feet.
